Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Finance following the paper issued in December 2014 which sets out best practice guidelines for the valuation of tax expenditures and that the frequency of ex-post evaluations and ex-ante evaluations were identified, if such evaluations were carried out in respect of section 110 and the tax forgone by the State; when these were carried out; the details of the evaluations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
