Deputy Sandra McLellan asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 454 of 29 September 2015, if the value of the site transferred in 2009 can be disregarded and capped after three years, as is the case with the family home; if he will use his discretion given that the person's spouse will have no option but to bring the person home, which would be detrimental to the person's health, as they cannot continue to pay the current rate; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
