Breen asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the measures he proposes to take to provide grant aid or other forms of support for resident, home businesses and small to medium-sized enterprises located in areas remote from fixed line and wireless broadband services who wish to avail of satellite broadband services but are unable to meet the comparatively high costs of such services in view of the fact that he states on the Government website that broadband is an important tool for everybody in the 21st century; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
