Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if he will provide an update in respect of the progress that has been made since the publication of a white paper to end direct provision; the number of international protection applicants that have transitioned into the new model to date in 2022; and if he will provide an update in respect of the work completed by implementation partners such as the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, the Housing Agency and the local authorities to develop and implement the new accommodation model and support services.
