Deputy George Lawlor asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the reason a person (details supplied) was issued with a one-year permission to remain by the ISD Office when their family had received a three-year decision from his Department to remain and a three-year authorisation was granted to their mother and two siblings; if he will ensure that the person concerned receives the same length of permission to remain as the other members of their family; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
