295 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if it is possible for a person to revoke or cancel a grant of planning permission or to formally notify the relevant local authority that they do not plan to proceed with the planning application as granted; if development charges that may have been levied will be returned in view of the work not being undertaken; and if the person will not have to wait the full five years from grant of permission.
