Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to an urgent request for the publication of the Action Plan for the Disability Capacity Review coming from organisations that support persons with intellectual disabilities and their families; if he will listen to these requests and publish the Action Plan as soon as possible; if he will ensure that the needs set out in the Action Plan are included in the budgetary plan for 2023; and if he will ensure that there is an accessible budgetary announcement for disability in order that those with disabilities and their supporters are aware of the supports that will be provided for in Budget 2023.; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
