PQ 298

341 Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will investigate the case of a person (details supplied) in County Galway to see if it would be possible to recoup any overpayments that may have been made to them in a phased manner and at a rate and frequency that is affordable for the family concerned; and her views on whether it should be sufficient for claimants to alert one section of her Department to any relevant changes in their circumstances and that this information should then be automatically shared across schemes.
