298. Deputy Stephen S. Donnelly asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources further to the publication of the RTE annual report 2013, where it is revealed that his Department collected €219 million in licence fees from An Post and the Department of Social Protection in 2013, and that €182 million of this was passed to RTE, the rationale for any increase or decrease in the payment; if he will reveal the organisations that lost out from his decision and the discussions that took place between his Department and RTE on the matter.
