Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government to set out the amount by which the annual rate of valuation will have to be reduced in each local authority as advised by the Valuation Office in circumstances in which initial revaluations have been undertaken by the Valuation Office in order for the revaluations to be revenue neutral in comparison with the revenue take in 2016.
