Bruton asked the Taoiseach if the proposed programme referred to in his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 4 of 3 June 1992 to double the purchasing of Irish-made components by the electronic industry will include firms in Northern Ireland or will be confined to this State; and if it is only confined to the State, if he will consider extending it to include Northern Ireland in the interests of closer economic integration between the two parts of the island.
