20 Mr. Flood asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs the steps, if any, he will take through the available channels to assist in ensuring that the commitment contained in the Dayton Agreement, that the Bosnian refugees be allowed to return to their former homes, will become more than just an aspiration, particularly in view of the fact that it relates to those areas which have been allocated to the Bosnian Serbs and from where the great majority of refugees have come.
