Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the protections that have been put in place and-or the consultation he or Tusla have with An Garda Síochána in advance of a raid by gardaí on a house and or dwelling that is known to contain children; if he and-or Tusla provide a counselling service post-raid in cases in which a child and or teenager has been present during a raid; and the number of referrals made to Tusla as a result of raids by gardaí since 2015.
