Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Finance if he will lay before the Houses of the Oireachtas a copy of the National Asset Management Agency’s procedures and employment contract extracts which set out to deal with potential conflicts of interest, or the assurance that the use of confidential or privileged information garnered by employees in the course of their work at NAMA is not used for their personal benefit, or for the benefit of family or associates.
