Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Finance the way in which his Department has used funds raised by the State from the sale of its stake in an airline (details supplied) the proceeds of which was to be used to establish a connectivity fund; his plans for investing remaining moneys into securing the future of airlines and airports in view of the importance of connectivity from the island of Ireland and in further view of the current crisis facing the industry and airports; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
