Deputy Noel Grealish asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government if a review of the tenant incremental purchase scheme has been finalised; if the scheme has been revised to enable residents of Part V housing to purchase their houses from their local authority, especially in view of the fact that the income stream will help local authorities to fund additional housing stock; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
