Deputy Pat Buckley asked the Minister for Transport if, in relation to a matter (details supplied), he will request full transparency regarding the membership, role, and authority of the Interim Pensions Administration Body; and to instruct the CIÉ Board to immediately dissolve this body that has no democratic mandate or place within the scheme’s governing framework and ensure that no structural or benefit changes are proposed, advanced or discussed while the scheme lacks its legally mandated governance body.
