Deputy Clare Daly asked the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence the number of persons who died through suicide or self-inflicted injuries with regard to deaths of Defence Forces personnel in the period 2000 to 2012, inclusive; of these deaths, the number that had previously been prescribed Lariam; and of those who had been prescribed lariam, the number that were reported to the IMB and HPRA.
