PQ 312

312. Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the way in which, given that Article 30.7.4(d) of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement declares that the parties shall understand the term, "entry into force of this Agreement", as meaning the date of provisional application, she can claim that the agreement and its settlement will not be enforced upon Ireland prior to the agreement being approved by Dáil Éireann.
