Deputy Joe Higgins asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation in relation to the findings made in favour of employees or former employees against employers by the Employment Appeals Tribunal since 2010 resulting in the the award of sums to employees, the number of instances in which employers have not adhered to those findings resulting in referrals to the National Employment Rights Authority for enforcement of payment; and the rate of success for NERA in dealing with such referrals.
