Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources further to the response to Question No. 239 of 4 March 2014, in which he stated that his Department received correspondence from the EU Commission during 2012 in relation to the procurement process for the national postcode system to the effect that the case had been fully examined by the EU Commission, which had informed his Department in November 2013 that the matter had been closed by it as no breaches of the procurement framework had been found, if he will provide the correspondence stated in his response.
