343 Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will give his assurance that the registration fee for architects, building surveyors and quantity surveyors, as outlined in the Building Control Act 2007, sections 17(1), 31(1) and 45(1), will be used solely for the purpose of registering an applicant with the relevant registration body and that no element of the registration fee will be used for membership fees or other administrative costs of the registration bodies.
