Deputy James Browne asked the Minister for Health if he will report on the development of the mental health workforce to ensure the right staff with the right skills are allocated to the right services; and if he will report on the development and implementation of workforce plans for all disciplines, the implementation of the postgraduate nursing programme, the development of postgraduate non-nursing programmes and appointing agreed increased undergraduate nursing numbers to address critical staffing challenges in mental health nursing and the provision of enhanced clinical psychology training capacity.
