347 Deputy Maureen O’Sullivan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if, in view of the fact that gardaí in both Ashbourne, County Meath and Swords, County Dublin, Garda stations have refused to investigate reports that a group (details supplied) is hunting deer in contravention of the Wildlife Amendment Act 2010, claiming ignorance that such a law has been passed; if he will circularise all Garda stations in north County Dublin and County Meath to the effect that it is now an offence to hunt deer with two or more hounds as per the conditions contained in the above mentioned Act.
