Deputy Ivana Bacik asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage further to Parliamentary Question No. 370 of 3 October 2023, the position regarding the definitions in the Act, given that the 2022 Census is now the latest census report of the Central Statistics Office' for the purposes of section 4 of the Land Development Agency Act 2022 and given that a change in methodology means that the 2022 Census results no longer include Dublin or other cities as towns.
