Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if section 11 of the RSA Rules of the Road on motorways and tunnels apply when prefaced by the word must be outlined in red in those rules and which cover cars assessing and driving on the motorway in relation to the N40 from the Jack Lynch tunnel to junction No. 01 at the N22; and if these rules are amenable to the law under a particular statutory instrument.
