Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government if he will reverse the blanket ban on the drawdown of Rebuilding Ireland home loans for applicants with approval in principle who are on the temporary wage subsidy scheme; and if he will revert to the advice provided by his Department to local authorities on 21 May 2020 to provide for case-by-case assessments of all applications including those with approval in principal.
