320. Deputy Stephen S. Donnelly asked the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question 185 of 15 July 2014, where he stated that the National Asset Management Agency is currently not aware of any debtors being discharged from bankruptcy in Ireland or the USA, if this remains the case, given the discharge from bankruptcy of persons (details supplied); the way in which these cases were accounted for by NAMA; his views on whether cases where borrowers of the National Asset Management Agency are being declared bankrupt in any jurisdiction are being adequately accounted for; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
