321 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason, in the wake of the Lindsay tribunal report, no consultant haematologist with an interest in haemophilia has been appointed to the Southern Health Board; the further reason recommendations 4, 5 and 7 of the tribunal are not being implemented in the Southern Health Board area; the further reason an application for the appointment of a haemophilia consultant which was sent to his Department in autumn 2003 has not been sanctioned and no explanation has been given for the delay.
