Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the case of a child (details supplied) in County Louth who was issued a temporary medical card in July 2013 which was withdrawn in November 2013 and replaced with a GP visit card; if his attention has been further drawn to the fact that a resubmitted application, following the birth of a sibling was also refused; if he will review this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
