Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if the regulation that provides that the register of voters is available for inspection and purchase for members of the public for six months after an election in accordance with Article 94 of the Local Elections Regulations 1995 will remain in place after electronic voting is introduced; and if another method will be found to ensure that such information continues to be available to the public.
