33 Deputy Brendan Howlin asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment further to Parliamentary Question No. 77 of 1 December 2009, if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the Garda has completed its inquiries and has identified the person who illegally cashed the lump sum redundancy cheque which was issued to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford but inadvertently sent to an incorrect address; if this will be verified immediately by her Department; if a replacement cheque will issue to the claimant; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
