Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine his plans to ensure the sustainability of the fishery within the 6 nm limit following the recent decision of the High Court to overturn the ban on vessels of over 18 metres fishing in that area; and the way in which he can ensure fairness to all fishers whether inshore or those historically reliant on fishing within the 6 nm limit.
