334 Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will reconsider an alleged overclaim by a person (details supplied) in County Cork for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007 regarding their single farm payment and area-based compensation and in view of the fact that the alleged overclaim in respect of this case for each of the years is less than 3% of the total claim; if he will agree to waive the monetary fine as agreed in respect of the overclaim in 2008; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
