Deputy Barry Heneghan asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science in light of the 20% recruitment target in the Official Languages Acts for the State system, if his Department has spoken to any university regarding third-level courses through the medium of Irish, and training in the language available to students across the country; and if so, when we can expect that at least 5% of third-level courses will be available through Irish, as demanded by the Irish Students' Union (details supplied).
