Deputy Dessie Ellis asked the Minister for Health if he is aware of the incremental closure of mental health services in the Drumcondra, Clontarf and Ballymun areas, Dublin, and the centralisation of services at the day centre on the North Circular Road, Dublin 7, including the winding down of the Tús Nua centre to just one day per week; the impact this will have on local service users, their families and the wider community; and how this strategy fits into the A Vision for Change strategy for mental health.
