Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health the current number of adult inpatient hospital beds, excluding paediatric and/or day-case beds, in Model 3 and Model 4 Hospitals only, on a population basis in each of the six HSE health regions; and the projected number of adult inpatient hospital beds (excluding paediatric and/or day-case beds) on a population basis in model 3 and model 4 hospitals only in each of the six HSE Regions in 2031, assuming all promised additional adult inpatient beds committed to in the Acute Hospital Inpatient Bed Capacity Expansion Plan 2024-2031 are delivered, to include reference to the population figures used for each health region in 2024 and 2031 (details supplied).
