372 Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Science the nature of other reports being put before her for consideration in relation to the provision of a new eight classroom school building at Clonmellon, County Westmeath; the reason this important and necessary educational infrastructural facility is being delayed, when it has progressed through all stages, and in effect whereby the board of management and all partners involved were ready to commence construction; if same will be allowed to proceed immediately without further obstacle or impediment; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
