Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will set out the priorities in respect of meeting current and future requirements of domestic drinking water with particular reference to storage, treatment and transmission in all regions throughout the country; the extent to which adequate sources have been identified and a timetable established to access such sources; the extent to which the domestic and industrial sector requirements have been identified in respect of water supplies in the short, medium and long term; the degree to which targets can be met in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
