Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if he intends to abide by the legal analysis of the United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel that each state is obliged to undertake a thorough due diligence review of its aid and assistance to Israel and determine whether it is being used by Israel to support and maintain the unlawful occupation, by conducting or commissioning such a review across public expenditure in the fields of political, diplomatic, military, financial, economic and cultural relations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
