Deputy Ged Nash asked the Minister for Finance the measures that are being put in place to ensure employees in firms availing of the employment wage subsidy scheme are protected from economic dismissal; if employers availing of the scheme will be obliged to inform workers' representatives and Revenue in the case of a planned dismissal; if they will lose the wage subsidy for such workers during the agreed notice period; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
