Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform if the €5.2 billion of non-core expenditure allocated for 2023 as per Table 7 of the Summer Economic Statement has been fully drawn down; the amounts that have been drawn down to date across Covid-19 expenditure, Ukraine Humanitarian Contingency and Other; and, in particular, to disaggregate the programmes by amount to which the €1.7 billion under Other has been allocated.
