372 Deputy Chris Andrews asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if, with regard to rental supplements for tenants of housing associations, housing cooperative, housing trusts and local authority housing, he will request that these bodies reduce rents in line with the reductions in the private sector; and if, in view of the fact that these bodies are publicly funded, he will contact all bodies, outlining the situation whereby rents in the private sector have fallen and requesting that they come into line and do the same.
