Deputy Dessie Ellis asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the total amount of money from the recently announced jobs stimulus capital programme that will be spent on social housing building; the deadline for applications by local authorities for this funding; the dates on whch decisions may be expected on the local authority applications; the date(s) on which the funding will be realeased for successful applicants; the deadline by which all such funds must be spent; and the number of applications from local authorities recieved to date broken down by local authority and location of proposed build.
