425 Mr. Morgan asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that Meath County Council has been charging tenants attempting to purchase their rural cottage homes under the tenants purchase scheme; the market value of their homes inclusive of the site despite the site having been provided free to Meath County Council by the tenant at the time of construction; and if will make a statement as to whether this practice is happening in other local authorities.
