Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if her attention has been drawn to the widespread concerns regarding the affordability of the defective concrete blocks grant scheme; if he will amend the scheme to make it a 100% State-funded grant as was the case with the pyrite resolution scheme; and the reason the affected families in counties Donegal and Mayo have not been offered the same conditions as families in County Dublin and north Leinster.
