Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection the basis it could be reasonably assumed that entitlement to family income supplement can now be determined by reference to the earnings of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare from the period December 2010 to December 2011, now almost two years previous; and if she will further examine the reason reference was not made to his earnings in the year 2011-2012 the current year, in view of the fact that in a short time a new tax year will become relevant.
