PQ 355

355. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection the basis it could be reasonably assumed that entitlement to family income supplement can now be determined by reference to the earnings of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare from the period December 2010 to December 2011, now almost two years previous; and if she will further examine the reason reference was not made to his earnings in the year 2011-2012 the current year, in view of the fact that in a short time a new tax year will become relevant.
