406 Ms Burton asked the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism if he is satisfied that he has and has always had power to hold and transfer shares in Campus and Stadium Ireland Development Limited; if he is further satisfied that the establishment of that company was valid and effectual; if previous dealings regarding the establishment of that company and the holding and transferring of its shares are at present vulnerable to legal challenge on grounds of lack of capacity on his part or on the part of other members of the Government; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
