Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 399 of 21 April 2015, which provided details of the number of driving licence numbers recorded on the Courts Service criminal case tracking system by District Court area, if she will provide the number of persons that were summonsed for penalty point offences but were not convicted, by District Court area for each of the years 2013 to 2014 and for the period January to March 2015; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
