Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport in view of the recent disappointing outcome of the football fund performance programme in Northern Ireland which did not award any funding to clubs in the North West, if his Department is considering any funding to help football teams upgrade their facilities through capital funding; and if this will also be open to any clubs operating in the North of Ireland who play in the Irish league.
